The layout of the production site and the reasonable option mix of related equipment should be measured and considered based on the product and output. All product process equipment must reasonably discharge the process of various production requirements, and circulate semi-finished products at each stage in sequence.
Since the quality control of many wires and cables is not appropriate in production management, problems that occur during production will affect the quality. The cable can no longer be removed and reinstalled, but the entire cable is scrapped. The quality of cables is strictly enforced, so the quality of the product must be guaranteed. Production organization management requires a scientific, thoughtful, strict and meticulous approach. Operators should carefully implement it according to process requirements. Problems in any part will affect the smoothness of the process and affect product quality and delivery. Especially for multi-core cables, if a pair of wires or the basic unit is short in length or has quality problems, the total cable length is insufficient, which may lead to scrapping.
