There are many malfunctions caused by bad heads. In order to ensure the accuracy of rolled products, the dimensional accuracy of steel billets must be strictly controlled. Changes in slab size will affect the size of the rolled material and the tension between the machines, especially the several passes before rough rolling. Therefore, in recent years, the roughing mill unit has adopted a separate transmission to flexibly adjust the rolling speed in a timely manner to ensure micro-tension rolling. The temperature of the rolled material is also an important factor affecting high-speed rolling.
